Dragon Aviation Leasing Co., Ltd was awarded by the Civil Aviation Authority of China the ‘National CAAC May 1 Labor Medal’ for its excellent performance during last year.

On May 7th 2010, Mr. Zhao Lin, Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Party Secretary and Discipline Party Secretary of China Aviation Supplies Holding Company, chaired the Dragon's May Day Celebration and presented the National CAAC May 1 Labor certificate and plate to Mr. Chevrot, CEO of Dragon Aviation Leasing.

It is a special acknowledgment for Dragon and its team to be awarded such a medal by the CAAC since it is the first time ever in CAS history for a unit to have such a national level reward.

Dragon's innovative exercise, steady arduous work and unprecedented achievements was highly recognized and appraised by the medal selection committee of CAAC, Mr. Zhao commented, following review of Dragon's important roles played in CAS overall strategy and Chinese's aircraft leasing industry since it was founded in 2006.

The ‘National CAAC May 1st Labor Medal’ is an award presented by the Trade Unions for China Administration of Civil Aviation. The medal is awarded to excellent individuals and units who have made outstanding achievements in technology and management innovation and notable contributions to economic and social development in the civil aviation. It is one of the most important and highest accolades for Chinese workers and units.
